Shipping Info

Before placing your order, kindly confirm that your shipping details are correct. Bingodotcom disclaims all liability for any inaccurate or omitted information entered during the checkout process. In these circumstances, refunds will not be processed. Bingodotcom guarantees delivery of the items to the address entered at the time of checkout. However, after an item is marked as delivered by the local postal service, we are not responsible for its loss or theft. Verify that the place where you are delivering is secure.

Orders are typically handled between one and three business days, excluding holidays and weekends. An email with a tracking number that you can use to monitor the status of your package will be sent to you once your order ships. Due to strong demand or unanticipated events like severe weather, processing times may be prolonged at peak times, such holidays.

The shipping address is used to determine the shipping costs at checkout. Orders over a certain amount may qualify for free shipping; this will be indicated at checkout. The delivery time may change based on where you live.

We are unable to accept changes or cancellations after your order has begun processing. Bingodotcom is not liable for delivery delays or undelivered deliveries if shipping information is entered incorrectly.

Due to carrier delays, shipping times could increase during peak periods like holidays or sales occasions. To prevent delays, we advise placing orders in advance. Please get help from our support staff if your order is delayed past the anticipated time.

Tracking

 An email with your tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order ships. With this tracking number, you can keep an eye on the progress of your package and trace its path to your delivery address. Damaged, missing, or stolen packages.

 Do not hesitate to contact us if your package is stolen, lost, or damaged during transportation. Ask your neighbours or the local postal office if the parcel has been marked as “Delivered,” but you haven’t received it. Packages marked as delivered are not our responsibility if they are lost or stolen. In order for us to assess the situation and take the necessary action, please email us clear pictures of the item and packaging as soon as possible after it comes damaged.

Policy of Exchange.

Within seven days of receiving your box, please get in touch with us if there is a problem with your order or if your item is damaged when it arrives. Provide the damaged item’s images and your order number. The best line of action will be decided after reviewing the case.
